What is Fringe DM?

Where did the name Fringe come from?

Doug was always coming up with ideas that other band members thought were on the fringe of society, so they nicknamed him Fringe.

What does the DM stand for?

Doug's Magnificent, of course :). Or Digital Media, or Daring Man, or Doesn't Matter, or ????. It really Doesn't Mean anything in particular.

Why use DM?

Doug figured it would be a way to break the ice with people when they asked what DM stood for. By saying "Doug's Magnificent, of course" with a smile, people could be set at ease and laugh. The rest of the meaningless meaning could also be used to get a conversation going when people make up their own meanings. Seems to have worked so far.
